Rule 01

Train first. Always.

Three live Zoom sessions, one hour each. You attend at least two before software unlocks. Training is the prerequisite, not a sales pitch wrapped in education. Miss too many and access stays closed.

Rule 02

Trade for seven days.

Once attendance is confirmed, you choose one system. Seven days of full software access on a real chart. No restricted trial, no watermark, no time-locked features.

Rule 03

Pay only if it works.

At the end of seven days, you decide. Continue with a monthly license, or walk away. No card on file during the trial. No automatic conversion. The decision is yours.

Who we are

Alpha Omega Strategies operates this website and the AOA trading systems. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Alpha Omega Strategies. References to "you" and "your" mean the visitor or registered participant.

What we collect

When you register for training, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, country or timezone selection and self-reported experience level. We also log standard server data including IP address, browser type and referring page for security and analytics. We do not collect payment details during the trial.

How we use it

Your contact details are used to confirm training, send session links, deliver the participation kit and follow up by phone within 24 hours of registration. Server data is used for fraud prevention and to understand which campaigns brought you here. We do not use your data for any purpose you have not consented to.

How long we keep it

Registration data is held for the duration of your participation plus 24 months. Server logs are kept for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by writing to the contact address below.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to deliver email, run live training and run analytics. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with marketing networks or data brokers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@alphaomega-ao-strategies.com from the email address you registered under. We respond within 30 days.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm both. We reserve the right to verify either before granting software access.

Training attendance

The program includes live Zoom training sessions. Attendance is required. Recordings are provided. Software access does not unlock until attendance has been confirmed.

Software trial access

Once attendance is confirmed, you receive seven consecutive days of full software access on one chosen system. The trial is non-renewable. No payment is required during the trial. No card is held on file. No automatic conversion to a paid license at the end of the seven days.

Monthly license

After the trial, you may continue with a monthly license. The fee is published on your registration confirmation. Licenses run month to month. Cancel any month with at least seven days notice before the next renewal date and the next charge will not occur.

System participation cap

A participant may run a maximum of two AOA systems concurrently. The cap exists to keep execution focused. To switch systems within the cap, write to support before the next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

The software is licensed for personal use only. Sharing access, redistributing the software, attempting to reverse-engineer it or running it across multiple accounts violates these terms and ends access without refund.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for breach of these terms, abusive conduct in training or attempts to circumvent the participation cap. Refunds for the current month are pro-rated where required by applicable law.

Trading futures, forex, equities, options and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk. You can lose more than your initial deposit when using leverage. Trading is not suitable for every investor. Only trade capital you can afford to lose entirely.

Alpha Omega Strategies provides software and training. We do not provide personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The systems plot entries, stops and targets based on AI-driven structure analysis. The decision to enter or exit any position is yours alone.

Past performance is not a guarantee

Any historical examples shown in training, on the website or in marketing material represent past results under specific conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Live conditions vary, slippage occurs, spreads widen and execution outcomes differ from theoretical setups.

Leverage and prop firm trading

Prop firm accounts and leveraged brokerage accounts amplify both gains and losses. Losses on funded accounts may incur additional consequences imposed by the prop firm including disqualification, profit clawback or scaling penalties. You are responsible for understanding the rules of every account you trade.

Software behaviour

The AOA systems are decision-support tools. They may misfire, miss signals, repaint in edge cases or fail to execute due to data feed interruptions, broker latency or network conditions. We do not guarantee uptime, signal accuracy or any specific outcome.

Jurisdictional notice

Trading is regulated differently in each jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing whether the instruments you trade and the platforms you use are permitted in your country of residence. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit certain instruments entirely.
